I posted under mentioned text at Deasy's Blogtrotter Yesterday.
Hugh leave all 700 posts with heavy abuses and under mentioned text as only he cancel. Same text was sent to CEO McCarthy:
Dear Mr. McCarthy,
last 5 years I calculated this problem:
Excerpt:
Roll-Out of ORBO technology during Weekend days or working days - IMPACT.
For calculations of number of hundred billions losses thanks to launch of ORBO tech is used 2 simulations.
a) Launch of ORBO tech during weekend days:
Ten of thousands big companies as airlines, freighters, shipping co., etc. plus hundred thousands small and mid traders along with thousands banks routinely use hedge on OIL at commodity markets along with FX hedge against exchange rate move (for eporters, importers, etc).
If launch of ORBO tech happened during weekend days this may have this effect:
Markets open at monday with huge GAP in prices of WTI, Brent, Heating Oil, USD/RUB, AUD/USD etc. commodities and FX pairs.
Some 80% of entities and traders are limiting risk with some Stop Loss orders. However at such event it is not sufficient to have Stop Loss, because markets at monday may open with huge GAP in prices and overskipped thousands of such Stop Loss orders.
As result effect thousands of big companies as freighters, airliners, banks, pension funds etc. etc. and hundred thousands traders may recorded losses over their Stop Loss calculations, i.e. liquidation losses. Bankruptcies.
Not only traders/speculators. Common not-guilty companies which recorded crushing losses within first minutes after opening markets.
b) Launch of ORBO tech during working days:
In case of launch of ORBO during working days (markets opening hours), prices of commodities and FX pairs may without interruption flows/falls without extreme GAPs freely, thus thousands of common companies and banks, pension funds etc. even in this case may recorded losses, however in such scenario these losses will be LIMITED by their Stop Loss orders and other risk management.
As result thousands companies will recorded only limited range of losses in region few percent. No liquidation horror. Losses of whole markets may spread moderate according to their risk management to all thousands involved parties.
No GAPs = no horror, no bankruptcy of hundreds banks, pension funds etc.
This is not joke theme, I have day to day experience on markets last 13 years.
